There is an annual charge for these riders which will be deducted from the fixed and indexed accounts on a pro-rata basis, even if there has been no interest credited to the indexed account in that year. The charge for the GLWB rider is 1.00%, and the charge for the EGLWB rider is 1.20%, of the greater of the Guaranteed WBV and the Performance WBV prior to the benefit start date, and of the Ultimate WBV after benefit payments begin. It is assessed each contract anniversary including on the date the annuity is issued.
